Land of visible bugs

This painting is a part of the series “Land of invisible bugs” that was created between 2020 and 2022. This series is inspired by the Western countryside landscape of Georgia, a place where Lomadze has spent most of her summertime as a child. In this place, she felt protected, so the jungle is somehow a pleasant and familiar place, crowded with colourful bugs, stirring through the leaves illustrating the aim to renounce the natural, chaotic mind, and dynamic flow of events.
